Dr. Brian L. Webb, Jr. is the Founding and Senior Pastor of Faith Walkers Community Church. His spiritual journey did not start here. In 1996, at the age of 19, he became a licensed Minister under Dr. Mason. Later that year, with the help of Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Dr. Webb moved to Atlanta to attend Clark Atlanta University

(CAU).

While at CAU, Dr. Webb studied religion and philosophy while serving as President of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Alpha Phi Chapter, Student Government Association Vice President, President of the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Orientation Guide Corps Sergeant at Arms, and he was the 1st place winner of the Belford V. Lawson Oratorical Award presented by the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Georgia District at the 1999 Georgia District Convention. During this time, he also continued his spiritual journey by serving as the youth minister at The Historic Butler Street Baptist Church from 1998-2000.

In 2015, 2 years after the untimely death of his mother Linda Pope, Dr. Webb founded Fitness Friends,LLC and became an ISSA certified fitness instructor and senior fitness specialist. He uses his company to share his fitness expertise and journey with others to spark a lifestyle change resulting in a better quality of life for them. Fitness Friends has a strong roster of clients and a healthy roster of partners with whom it has collaborated with to improve the health/wellness of our community. Those partners include V-103, Peach State Health Plan, UnitedHealthcare, Youth Hope Builders Academy at ITC, MetroPCS, North Metro GNETS, Clark Atlanta University, and Butler Street Baptist Church where he spearheaded the Faith & Fitness program.

In 2017, Dr. Webb became the minister of the Young Adult P.O.W.E.R. Ministry at Joyful Praise Church International (JPCI), under the guidance and leadership of Dr. John F. Williams, Senior Pastor. He served in that role for 3 years, where he assisted Dr. Williams and led the young adult ministry through mentorship, fellowship, and edification. During this time, Dr. Webb was able to grow in leaps and bounds while surrounded by the loving and supportive church family of JPCI and the P.O.W.E.R. Ministry.

From 2017-2019, Dr. Webb worked at an accelerated pace and achieved a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies, Master of Divinity degree, and ultimately a Doctor of Philosophy in Apologetics and World Missions from Jehovah-Jireh Bible Institute of Higher Learning during that time span. He was recently appointed as the Associate Dean of Students for the 2019-2020 school year. Dr. Webb became Pastor of The Historic Butler Street Baptist Church on 12/1/2019 where he successfully led the church through a pandemic, launched and maintained their online presence, and grew its membership.

In April 2021, Dr. Webb decided to move away from the traditional church – founding a new church, Faith Walkers Community Church. He is supported in ministry by his loving wife Crystal and loving daughter Brianna. His ultimate desire is to do God’s will through his God-given gift, to advance and fulfill The Great Commission with a great commitment to bringing those in darkness into the marvelous light of Jesus Christ. Matthew 25:23 “His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.”
