Dr. Brian L. Webb Jr.
Senior Pastor of Faith Walkers Community Church
Dr. Brian L. Webb, Jr., a native of Michigan City, Indiana, answered his call to ministry at the age of 16 under the mentorship of Dr. Stanley Mason. A resident of Atlanta, Georgia since 1996, he is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Faith Walkers Community Church, where he leads with an inclusive, modern, and missional vision that connects faith with real-world impact.
Dr. Webb has served in ministry at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church (IN), Joyful Praise Church International (GA), and The Historic Butler Street Baptist Church in Atlanta, where he served as Youth Pastor and eventually Senior Pastor. He is an academic scholar who studied religion and philosophy at Clark Atlanta University, where he also served as President of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Alpha Phi Chapter. He holds a Bachelor of Divinity, Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Apologetics and World Missions from Jehovah-Jireh Bible Institute of Higher Learning.
Committed to community transformation, Dr. Webb has partnered with Ward 3 in the City of College Park, working closely with Councilwoman Tracie Arnold to support residents during times of transition, including assistance provided to relocate Chelsea Gardens residents, followed by the launch of monthly food distributions serving families in need. Under his leadership, Faith Walkers Community Church has also led impactful service initiatives such as Blessed Boxes, Blessed Backpacks, and direct assistance to individuals and families facing hardship.
Beyond the church walls, Dr. Webb is a trusted community advocate. After uncovering hate messaging while on a hike in a public park, he collaborated with State Representative Esther Panitch (Georgia House of Representatives, District 51) to expose and combat hate, bringing public awareness and reinforcing the call for unity, justice, and accountability.
In 2019, Dr. Webb released his documentary, Life After Death, addressing mental health, grief, and healing following the loss of his mother, Linda Pope. Supported by his wife, Crystal, and daughter, Brianna, he remains committed to preaching hope, serving faithfully, and living out Romans 8:28: “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”
